The Vestal Coal House is excited to announce the Gym Rat 5K Challenge on June 8, 2018. Many fitness club will compete, but only one can take home the Gym Rat Cup! This 5k race is open to any fitness clubs, including gyms, yoga studios, zumba, crossfit, pilates, running clubs - all fitness and wellness organizations are welcome! Sign up under your fitness club and earn points for your team. The top 30 finishers earn points for their fitness clubs. The club with the most points, and the club with the most participants receive the large Gym Rat Cup to display. Also, there will be awards for overall winners. Each registrant receives a custom t-shirt with their gym/fitness club logo! The Health Expo will follow the event with health and wellness vendors at the Coal House.
